Not just because it produces and transfers educational content, which is a fundamental part of its nature, but by the dissemination thereof, made possible through the TIC. The world is being revolutionised by the fact that more and more people everywhere can have access, with relative facility, to information and communication tools or technologies. Never before has this taken place, where a phenomenon (digital, without borders and in continuous transformation) has opened the door of opportunity to share so much knowledge. The university has acknowledged this reality as its own, as part of its philosophy, participating actively therein, offering answers to the needs presented to it by society.
